Responsibilities
- Guide and develop planning and purchasing teams at various locations, setting governance, decision rights, escalation procedures, and consistent performance routines across sites.
- Lead enterprise-wide ERP system transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, and effective adoption of new technology.
- Drive integrated business planning processes that coordinate demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial goals from corporate forecasts to plant-level execution.
- Manage sales and operations planning and execution processes, identifying constraints, facilitating tradeoff decisions, monitoring performance against plans, and ensuring corrective actions across locations.
- Oversee supply, demand, and capacity planning while standardizing planning methods and enhancing planning tools and data accuracy throughout the network.
- Provide functional leadership to purchasing teams, ensuring purchasing strategies and execution support business plans and strengthen supplier engagement and accountability.
- Take ownership of supplier continuity, risk mitigation, inventory strategy, and working capital improvement initiatives to support operational and financial performance.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, quality, and engineering to ensure unified planning, clear decision-making, and operational excellence.
