Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders and strategic teams to convert high-level business goals into a prioritized, enterprise-level audience strategy.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to ensure data product initiatives directly support broader corporate growth targets.
- Develop and uphold a strict governance model for evaluating all data partnership proposals and audience-related requests.
- Introduce a formalized request intake system to balance immediate business demands with long-term product scalability and roadmap integrity.
- Lead agile teams composed of engineers, data analysts, and quality assurance specialists to deliver structured and scalable data products.
- Manage ongoing sprint cycles to build, refine, and sustain core identity models and audience data assets.
- Apply enterprise-wide data product standards to all audience-related outputs, ensuring ownership, documentation, consumer tracking, and performance measurement.
- Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of audience data products, from development through maintenance to planned retirement.
- Work across departments to enhance the enterprise identity system, applying expert knowledge to strengthen deterministic identity resolution.
- Create data ingestion and mapping approaches to convert inputs from premium distribution, CTV, and content platforms into compliant, structured datasets in Databricks or Snowflake.
- Use the unified identity foundation to identify and prioritize proprietary audience products that increase media trading potential and revenue for internal teams.
- Set and maintain strict data contracts that define expectations for data timeliness, completeness, correctness, and schema consistency.
- Deploy automated systems for monitoring and alerting to detect and fix data quality issues proactively.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance units to guarantee identity resolution and data clean room activities comply with international privacy laws.
