Responsibilities
- Lead the management and enhancement of Jenkins-driven CI/CD systems, covering builds, artifact distribution, release automation, and infrastructure setup.
- Sustain and advance a virtualized local development platform, including VM settings, containerized service coordination, and developer onboarding tools.
- Operate a private artifact repository with focus on access controls, dependency synchronization, version promotion, and data retention rules.
- Create and support automation scripts that streamline release processes, CI workflows, and infrastructure deployment.
- Ensure consistency in developer tool usage by enforcing repository configurations, branch protection rules, and code review standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve issues in developer tools, CI pipeline failures, and environment disruptions.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to uncover developer challenges and guide tooling enhancements.
- Produce and update documentation and operational guides for engineering-wide use.
