CompassX Group is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for key design initiatives
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and design teams
- Mitigate project risks and resolve blockers to ensure smooth execution
- Facilitate design reviews and provide structured feedback
- Ensure all project documentation and communications are clear and actionable
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Design Project Manager or similar role
- Expertise in managing the full design lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Strong proficiency in modern project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
