Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical authority by acquiring comprehensive knowledge of product features, advantages, and uses.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Assist sales and marketing teams in creating promotional content, delivering product presentations, and closing sales.
- Identify opportunities with both new and existing clients by working closely with go-to-market sales teams.
- Lead the technical strategy for intricate data migrations and Lakehouse adoption.
- Develop and communicate persuasive value propositions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Manage and predict sales activities and opportunities using Salesforce.
- Create training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams (sales, customer service) and external partners.
- Educate go-to-market teams on successful use cases, wins and losses, and upcoming product features and functionality.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and resolve issues, directly impacting customer experience.
- Ensure existing clients derive value from the product and capture their use cases.
- Oversee product development, enhancements, and launch activities by working with design and engineering teams.
