Responsibilities

• Creates scalable data extraction processes, integrations, transformations, and modeling frameworks.
• Guarantees smooth deployment and configuration of data solutions across multiple environments.
• Builds data architectures and applications that support speed, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborates with teams across functions to collect requirements and convert them into technical blueprints.
• Gains in-depth understanding of enterprise data assets and improves data quality through domain expertise.
• Analyzes requirements, detects missing elements, and works with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Finds ways to enhance processes by promoting automation, governance, and monitoring in data integrations.
• Plays a central role in creating and rolling out a new cloud-native data platform and pipeline architecture.
• Works closely with data scientists to develop, implement, and sustain repeatable machine learning workflows, covering feature creation, model training, validation, deployment, and tracking.
• Sets up continuous integration and continuous delivery for data and machine learning pipelines, including model packaging, automated tests, environment control, and release automation.
• Develops and manages production-level machine learning systems such as feature repositories, model registries, data versioning tools, and experiment tracking platforms like MLflow.
• Enforces strong governance for machine learning models through automated performance tracking, drift detection, logging, observability, and alert systems.
• Designs high-performance data pipelines tailored for machine learning workloads, supporting batch, streaming, and real-time inference scenarios.
• Defines MLOps standards, coding conventions, and automation strategies that can be adopted consistently across teams.
