Mattel is hiring a Sr Dashboard Developer - Tableau, ThoughtSpot

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and ThoughtSpot for marketing and business units
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Google BigQuery
  • Convert marketing objectives into measurable KPIs, metrics, and visual reporting tools
  • Generate insights from data on campaign effectiveness, conversion funnels, attribution models, and audience groups
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure reliable, consistent dashboard reporting
  • Improve dashboard efficiency and user experience when handling large and complex data sets
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to understand underlying data structures and models
  • Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
