- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Promote inclusive hiring practices
- Evaluate market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
