Responsibilities
- Lead project components and smaller initiatives independently, overseeing timelines, risks, team resources, and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Deliver informed recommendations by leveraging specialized knowledge, performing in-depth qualitative assessments, and keeping pace with evolving market and industry developments.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, lead client discussions, present findings effectively, and build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Guide and support early-career team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and actionable feedback to promote professional development.
- Support organizational growth by engaging in business development, strengthening client connections, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to marketing, content, and internal projects.
