Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex construction initiatives across multiple disciplines, ensuring timely execution within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in defining initial project scope and provide high-level cost estimates for early-stage client inquiries.
- Collect and assess submissions from design professionals, engineering firms, suppliers, and trade contractors.
- Analyze and compare bids from competing vendors or contractors when applicable.
- Verify accuracy of proposals and identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.
- Advise on optimal project execution strategies based on technical and financial analysis.
- Finalize project budgets and develop detailed schedules aligned with operational goals.
- Establish monitoring systems to control project expenditures, timelines, and scope changes.
- Draft, administer, and close out construction agreements with subcontractors across various trades.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals from local jurisdictions and regulatory bodies.
- Address design and field issues promptly during construction to avoid delays.
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental standards among contractor teams.
- Review and authorize payment requests for completed work in accordance with contract terms.
- Supervise all on-site construction activities across diverse disciplines.
- Collaborate with facility operators and end users to support ongoing building operations and maintenance needs.
- Oversee contractor teams working during non-standard hours as required by project demands.
- Take ownership of new construction assignments as they arise based on organizational priorities.
- Maintain organized systems for project documentation, tools, and digital file management.
- Engage regularly with external vendors, fabricators, and internal stakeholders.

- Capable of working at heights and in outdoor conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to fumes, odors, and high noise levels.
- Available to work beyond standard hours, including nights and weekends, based on project demands.
- Willingness to provide emergency on-call support when necessary.
- May be required to travel occasionally, up to 15% of the time, depending on project needs.
