Responsibilities
- Manage executive compensation for top-level leaders, including executive offer terms, long-term incentive structures, and materials for the Compensation Committee in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and outside advisors
- Serve as the primary compensation advisor to senior executives within G&A and Product, providing timely and clear guidance on all compensation matters
- Drive AI integration within the compensation function by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing AI-powered tools to streamline benchmarking, modeling, and stakeholder engagement
- Convert intricate pay structures and program alternatives into straightforward, actionable insights and polished materials for leadership decision-making in an asynchronous work environment
- Influence the design of executive pay programs, incorporating proxy implications, financial modeling, and long-term incentive frameworks that support strategic objectives
