Gigamon is hiring a Sr. Channel Account Manager, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow channel partner revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective channel programs.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure partners are trained and enabled to sell effectively.
  • Manage and resolve partner issues and conflicts.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs.
  • Develop and implement partner incentive programs.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify improvement areas.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to partners on sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with channel policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of channel sales strategies.
