Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the e-Permitting Governance Council and external vendors to evaluate and define business requirements and functional specifications for health regulation information systems.
- Develop and implement processes to verify that all systems, products, and services comply with agency standards and end-user needs.
- Propose appropriate development tools and technical solutions to build or improve systems and applications.
- Evaluate existing workflows and operational procedures to design improved configurations that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a technical expert on complex content, processes, and system procedures.
- Create, manage, and oversee test plans and validation strategies.
- Report test outcomes and relevant system changes to project stakeholders as needed.
- Support the creation of transition plans, technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for health regulation technologies.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation reflecting all system or process changes.
- Follow approved project management office templates, methodologies, and standardized processes.
- Perform additional project-related tasks as directed by leadership.

- This role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week for the project duration.
- The selected individual must be available to work non-traditional hours when necessary to meet project demands.
