About the Role
This position is responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing liquidity strategies for the xStocks platform, working cross-functionally to expand market reach and ensure robust trading conditions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital securities
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional partners
- Analyze market trends to inform liquidity strategy
- Collaborate with product and trading teams to enhance platform offerings
- Support the onboarding of new financial instruments
- Monitor trading activity and recommend improvements
- Conduct due diligence on potential partners
- Assist in structuring partnership agreements
- Track performance metrics for business development goals
- Provide insights to leadership on market developments
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on regulatory matters
- Optimize order book depth and trading volume
- Engage with investors and issuers in the securities ecosystem
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions
- Manage relationships with market makers
- Evaluate new markets for expansion potential
- Prepare reports on partnership performance
- Ensure alignment between business goals and platform capabilities
- Support liquidity provisioning initiatives
- Drive adoption of xStocks among key stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in finance or MBA
- Prior experience in equity or fixed income markets
- Direct experience with market structure design
- Background in startup or high-growth company
- Existing network in financial services industry
