The Sr Advisory Solution Consultant at Company plays a key role in driving revenue growth for strategic Retail and Hospitality accounts by leading solution and deal strategies across a cross-functional team. This position requires deep industry expertise and executive-level customer engagement to align customer challenges with tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Quarterback the executive solution and deal strategy across a broad deal team with the largest customers
- Develop, position, and present industry-specific solutions
- Articulate how customers will realize the value of solutions during sales cycles
- Drive revenue growth across all Solutions with strategic accounts
- Lead solution strategy and deal strategy at an account level
- Develop and maintain executive (C-Level) and line of business (Director level) customer relationships
- Lead discovery to clearly define customer challenges
- Deliver best-in-class solution demonstrations and presentations to align solution value with customer needs
- Articulate how customers will adopt the solution to realize the value of their investment
- Continuously learn about product innovations
- Act as an industry thought leader
- Provide feedback to product development on how to innovate products to drive greater value to customers
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
