Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly close procedures, including account reconciliations and variance explanations
- Oversee daily operations related to procurement and order fulfillment cycles
- Support annual financial audits by maintaining schedules and providing documentation
- Facilitate financial consolidation activities involving subsidiary entities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Administer corporate credit card and employee expense reimbursement systems
- Contribute to data transfer efforts and user acceptance testing during ERP system rollout
- Liaise with external tax specialists to ensure timely compliance with federal and state tax filing requirements
