Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals defined in commission plans.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts for the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across various organizational levels.
• Create contingency and risk mitigation strategies for regional operations as needed.
• Negotiate and implement supply agreements to support current and prospective business.
• Collaborate with operations teams to accelerate revenue timelines.
• Keep CRM records current with accurate and up-to-date customer data.
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events.
• Monitor competitive market dynamics, share customer insights, and suggest product innovations internally.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
