Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP delivery squads
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
Oversee Retrofit implementation activities across SAP modules
Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within agreed timelines
Manage dependencies between SAP streams and other program components
Monitor risks and proactively mitigate delivery challenges
Ensure compliance with the global SAP template and program architecture
Support program governance and reporting activities
Act as the central coordination point between business, IT, and delivery teams
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions
Ensure effective communication across international project teams
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Support agile delivery methods where applicable
Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation standards are maintained

Minimum 8 years of experience in large IT transformation programs
Strong experience leading SAP delivery teams or agile squads
Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs
Background in SAP program delivery, digital transformation, or IT program management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working in international and distributed teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent in Hungarian and English
