Location: Budapest, Hungary (2–3 days onsite per week) Start: April 2026 Workload: 100% Duration: 3 years Language: Hungarian and English Project Description For a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Squad Digital Lead (m/f/d) to coordinate multiple SAP streams and ensure alignment between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts. The program is a large-scale international rollout within the Energy and Automation sector, focusing on the implementation of a global SAP S/4HANA template. The Squad Digital Lead will oversee the delivery of Retrofit and post-implementation enhancement activities, ensuring that SAP teams deliver according to program objectives. €560 - €600 a day Your Responsibilities Delivery Coordination • Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP delivery squads • Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams • Oversee Retrofit implementation activities across SAP modules • Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within agreed timelines Program Governance • Manage dependencies between SAP streams and other program components • Monitor risks and proactively mitigate delivery challenges • Ensure compliance with the global SAP template and program architecture • Support program governance and reporting activities Stakeholder Management • Act as the central coordination point between business, IT, and delivery teams • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions • Ensure effective communication across international project teams Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities for process improvements • Support agile delivery methods where applicable • Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation standards are maintained Your Profile • Minimum 8 years of experience in large IT transformation programs • Strong experience leading SAP delivery teams or agile squads • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs • Background in SAP program delivery, digital transformation, or IT program management • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience working in international and distributed teams • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Fluent in Hungarian and English Interested?
