Responsibilities

- Contribute to team goals through collaborative efforts
- Maintain consistent communication with program coordinators
- Track progress and outcomes of assigned initiatives
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness
- Help build inclusive environments for diverse participants
- Coordinate logistics for community gatherings
- Develop content for outreach and communication
- Encourage participant involvement and feedback
- Support peer learning and group development
- Uphold program values in all interactions
- Adapt strategies based on community needs
- Maintain accurate records of activities
- Promote program visibility within target audiences
- Respond to inquiries from participants and stakeholders
- Follow guidance from supervising staff
- Engage in self-reflection and growth exercises
- Contribute ideas for program improvement
- Support onboarding of new participants
- Model positive interpersonal behaviors
- Meet deadlines for assigned tasks and reports
