Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize events that foster community engagement
  • Work closely with mentors to develop personal and professional skills
  • Support the planning and execution of educational programs
  • Engage participants in meaningful discussions and activities
  • Contribute to team goals through collaborative efforts
  • Maintain consistent communication with program coordinators
  • Track progress and outcomes of assigned initiatives
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops
  • Assist in evaluating program effectiveness
  • Help build inclusive environments for diverse participants
  • Coordinate logistics for community gatherings
  • Develop content for outreach and communication
  • Encourage participant involvement and feedback
  • Support peer learning and group development
  • Uphold program values in all interactions
  • Adapt strategies based on community needs
  • Maintain accurate records of activities
  • Promote program visibility within target audiences
  • Respond to inquiries from participants and stakeholders
  • Follow guidance from supervising staff
  • Engage in self-reflection and growth exercises
  • Contribute ideas for program improvement
  • Support onboarding of new participants
  • Model positive interpersonal behaviors
  • Meet deadlines for assigned tasks and reports

Compensation

Competitive stipend provided for the duration of the fellowship
