Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for integrity and control inquiries, independently identifying issues, investigating potential violations, and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage and record integrity-related alerts, guiding internal teams on resolution and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Develop recurring reports on control trends and emerging risks, communicating insights clearly to cross-functional departments.
- Support regulatory and sports organization requests by preparing documentation and serving as a liaison, in coordination with Compliance and Legal teams.
- Maintain and update Sportsbook Terms & Conditions as products change, aligning with stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Assess control risks through data analysis and research, delivering detailed reports and actionable recommendations to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Control operations to enhance risk scoring models and monitoring tools using data-driven methodologies.
- Monitor betting activity for abnormal patterns or new threats, escalating concerns to appropriate teams promptly.
- Evaluate new betting products for potential control risks and provide feedback to mitigate issues prior to launch.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to help teams interpret control and risk data effectively.
- Assist technology teams in developing and refining systems related to betting integrity, risk detection, and control management.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and conduct sessions to ensure consistent application of control practices across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in Sportsbook Trading and Risk operations, with a comprehensive understanding of sportsbook workflows.
- Strong familiarity with sportsbook products, trading processes, settlement procedures, and account management.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and control frameworks applicable to sportsbook operations.
- Proficient in working with data, capable of analyzing, interpreting, and presenting findings to support decision-making.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload and priorities independently.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a strong commitment to work quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience in integrity monitoring or conducting investigations related to sports betting.
- Knowledge of control processes across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
