About the Role
The associate will assist in managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and delivering brand experiences at sports venues and promotional locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup and breakdown for event activations
- Assist with scheduling staff for on-site appearances
- Support logistics for equipment transport and inventory
- Engage attendees at sports betting events
- Distribute promotional materials at assigned locations
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed during events
- Collect feedback from event participants
- Report on-site issues to supervisors promptly
- Assist with compliance checks during activations
- Track attendance and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams on event themes
- Help train temporary event staff
- Maintain event supplies and materials
- Respond to customer inquiries during events
- Support digital promotions linked to live events
- Follow safety protocols at all event sites
- Assist in post-event evaluations
- Coordinate with venue staff for access and setup
- Monitor brand representation in real time
- Ensure all activations meet operational standards

- Experience in sports or gaming industry
- Background in experiential marketing
