About the Role
The associate will assist in managing live event activations related to sports betting, focusing on logistical coordination, vendor communication, regulatory adherence, and on-site support to ensure successful event delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for live sports betting events
- Assist in planning event timelines and schedules
- Communicate with vendors and third-party partners
- Ensure all event materials are prepared and delivered
- Support on-site setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Verify compliance with local gambling regulations
- Help train event staff on brand guidelines and procedures
- Track event supplies and inventory levels
- Respond to last-minute changes during events
- Gather feedback from attendees and partners
- Maintain accurate records of event activities
- Assist with budget tracking for event expenses
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional elements
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Monitor safety protocols during live activations
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
- Report post-event results and metrics
- Support digital check-in and registration processes
- Coordinate transportation and staffing logistics
- Follow up with partners after events conclude
- Assist in developing event playbooks
- Manage communication between field and headquarters
- Ensure proper handling of promotional giveaways
- Maintain organized event documentation
- Support crisis management procedures if needed
