About the Role
The associate will assist in managing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and delivering engaging experiences at sports betting activations.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of live sports betting events
- Assist with on-site setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners
- Ensure brand standards are maintained at all events
- Track event supplies and manage inventory
- Facilitate communication between event staff and headquarters
- Help onboard and train event personnel
- Monitor event schedules and timelines
- Report on-site issues and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Gather feedback from attendees and partners
- Assist in developing event run-of-show documents
- Support promotional material distribution
- Maintain accurate event records and reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams on event themes
- Track event attendance and engagement metrics
- Help secure necessary permits and approvals
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for equipment
- Support crisis management protocols during events
- Assist in post-event evaluations and debriefs
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Hybrid with frequent on-site event requirements

Part of the Events and Activations team reporting to the Regional Manager
Travel Requirements
- Must be available to travel up to 70% of the time, including weekends and holidays
- Travel includes regional and national event locations
- Advance notice provided for travel schedules
- Reimbursement for approved travel expenses
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- On-your-feet durations may exceed eight hours
- Manual dexterity for setting up displays and technology
