Responsibilities
- Host pop-up trade-in events across the assigned region to simplify the process for athletes and sports families looking to sell used equipment.
- Receive training to become proficient in organizing and managing sporting goods trade-in events, including event setup, partner engagement, equipment valuation using established guidelines, operation of event software, customer service excellence, and supervision of temporary staff.
- Follow a largely pre-determined event calendar, with increasing autonomy to propose and organize additional events and purchasing opportunities.
- Develop skills in managing an independent business unit with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Manage event logistics and prioritize financial performance in the assigned territory by analyzing business reports and key performance indicators.
