Dentsu Creative is hiring a Spirits Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with adult consumers to inform and educate about featured spirit brands
  • Articulate brand characteristics, distinctions between products, and ideal consumption occasions
  • Lead and manage product sampling activities where permitted by law and program approval
  • Handle setup and teardown duties for events
  • Pre-stock retail and hospitality accounts with authorized point-of-sale materials
  • Distribute promotional items in compliance with established program rules
  • Foster collaborative relationships with venue and account personnel
  • Respond effectively to unexpected issues during live brand activations
  • Uphold responsible service standards and report any breaches without delay
  • Utilize company-provided debit card for authorized bar expenses or product procurement
  • Collect or accept delivery of promotional supplies as instructed
  • Keep all company assets secure and return them in proper condition
  • Take and upload clear, professional photos from events using a mobile device
  • Submit accurate and timely post-event summaries through the designated system
  • Complete mandatory digital training modules and knowledge evaluations
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with event supervisors and brand teams
  • Comply with all marketing policies and operational procedures

  • Brand activations generally last between two and three hours
  • Preference given to candidates offering 20 or more hours of weekly availability, though not guaranteed
  • Availability during holidays may be necessary
  • Application includes confirmation of being at least 21 years of age
  • Applicants must confirm access to reliable transportation for event commutes
  • Adherence to company policies and the NA Diageo Marketing Code is mandatory
  • Commitment to following Responsible Server Guidelines is required
