Dentsu Creative is hiring a Spirits Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of promotional events
  • Handle setup and teardown tasks for event locations
  • Start and maintain engaging discussions with adult beverage consumers about brand choices, product details, and recommendations
  • Hand out branded merchandise and samples as instructed
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during events
  • Build and maintain positive connections with staff at retail and bar accounts
  • Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops
  • Collaborate closely with event leads, support staff, and fellow brand representatives
  • Provide timely, thoughtful observations and feedback following events through written summaries
  • Study and follow company protocols, operational guidelines, and local compliance requirements

Compensation

Paid training and eligible reimbursement for mileage or drive time when qualified

Work Arrangement

Flexible hours with primary availability required on evenings and weekends

Team

Collaborative environment involving event managers, support staff, and peer brand ambassadors

Other

  • Hours are flexible; however, most events occur Thu-Sun between 4pm-12am
  • Activations are typically 2-3 hours in length
  • Paid training
  • Mileage/Drive time reimbursement available when qualified
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must have your own method of transportation
  • Valid US driver's license
  • English language proficiency, both written & verbal
  • Bilingual, Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to work comfortably within retail outlets (convenient stores)
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to carry heavy trays, boxes, objects
  • Must be proficient & accessible to using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint programs
  • 20 hours of daytime and/or evening availability per week is preferred
  • Must sign-off on all required forms
  • Must adhere to all MKTG Policies & Procedures and the NA Diageo Marketing Code
  • Must have valid to work as an employee in the US
  • Must be punctual, responsible, reliable
  • Must have clean, neat appearance
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team atmosphere
  • Must be personable, friendly, and professional
  • Must be naturally social
  • Must be able to handle mobile reporting
  • Must capture quality photos from their phone
  • Must be trusted to use a company issued credit card
