Responsibilities
- Lead regular, high-quality supervision meetings with speech pathology clinicians
- Guide team members in meeting and maintaining their clinical productivity targets
- Collaborate with leadership to hire new clinicians aligned with organisational values
- Oversee and refine the onboarding process for new staff to enhance effectiveness
- Promote and sustain a supportive and positive team environment
- Carry out consistent performance evaluations for all team members
- Uphold documentation standards to ensure ongoing quality compliance
- Address site-specific matters including workplace safety, space use, and resource availability
- Collect and document client feedback to inform service improvements
