Responsibilities

  • Lead regular, high-quality supervision meetings with speech pathology clinicians
  • Guide team members in meeting and maintaining their clinical productivity targets
  • Collaborate with leadership to hire new clinicians aligned with organisational values
  • Oversee and refine the onboarding process for new staff to enhance effectiveness
  • Promote and sustain a supportive and positive team environment
  • Carry out consistent performance evaluations for all team members
  • Uphold documentation standards to ensure ongoing quality compliance
  • Address site-specific matters including workplace safety, space use, and resource availability
  • Collect and document client feedback to inform service improvements
