Associates In Pediatric Therapy LLC is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. In this role, you will provide essential therapy services to children from birth to age 21 for a wide range of developmental, physical, and communication needs. You’ll join a clinician-run practice focused on creating personalized, client-centered care plans.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor development, visual motor development, sensory processing and modulation differences, executive functioning skills, and more to determine impact on daily activities.
- Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain professional competencies and uphold all federal and state licensure and ethical requirements.
- Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
- Evaluate and treat children for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social communication disorders to achieve the highest level of functioning.
- Accurately and thoroughly document all treatment sessions, progress, and evaluation reports.
- Examine and evaluate children with congenital and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility through skilled interventions like gait training, equipment management, and therapeutic exercise.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining).
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining).
- A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining).
