Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales goals, brand performance indicators, financial benchmarks, and marketing objectives.
- Design pre-call strategies using SMART criteria and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales effectiveness; address concerns and objections professionally to secure actionable outcomes on each visit.
- Actively respond to customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build lasting trust and support mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Formulate and implement a strategic calling plan that meets required frequency and coverage targets for key accounts to increase access and drive sales growth.
- Expand knowledge of customer requirements, market conditions, competitive landscape, disease area, product details, and clinical data, and share insights with field teams, brand teams, and management to inform strategy and adapt to market shifts.
- Highlight the unique value of company offerings to healthcare providers, and identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and advocates to strengthen brand impact.
