Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of program delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment
- Oversee large, multi-track programs with strict adherence to scope, timelines, and financial constraints
- Serve as the main point of contact between business units, technical teams, and the Global Talent Center
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ensure high delivery standards by proactively managing risks, interdependencies, and escalations
- Work closely with international teams to support seamless execution and timely resolution of issues
- Deliver executive-level updates and performance insights to key stakeholders
- Enforce compliance with organizational processes, governance frameworks, and ethical standards
