Responsibilities
- Deploy, integrate, and configure Actimize platforms and recording systems, while developing and tailoring software components according to methodology, design blueprints, enterprise standards, system specs, and client needs.
- Plan and execute unit, functional, and system-level testing for stability and performance, and assist clients with UAT and data verification to confirm alignment with design goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, R&D, and implementation staff to resolve technical issues from project start to support handover.
- Deliver technical guidance across the full product portfolio, covering application architecture, troubleshooting, and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify and reconcile design discrepancies during implementation, proposing improvements that align with client needs and product frameworks.
- Engage directly with business analysts, R&D, and support teams to communicate technical feedback for product updates and defect resolution.
- Manage time efficiently, maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, and adapt to off-hours, weekend, on-site, and multi-time-zone work schedules as required.
- Record solutions and insights in the knowledge repository, guide junior engineers, and perform code quality reviews.
