Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder needs by fostering strong working relationships, facilitating approvals, and ensuring both creative teams and stakeholders remain aligned to meet project deadlines.
- Plan, supervise, and document all components of assigned projects.
- Establish and lead multiple simultaneous project tasks and milestones within defined timelines.
- Communicate evolving project expectations clearly to stakeholders and internal production teams.
- Anticipate and manage shifts in project scope while identifying potential risks and obstacles.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and members of the creative marketing team.
- Produce and distribute regular project timelines and summarize progress updates for the project manager.
- Assist the project manager in conducting follow-ups to monitor team deliverables and ensure timeliness.
- Oversee video, digital, event, and promotional initiatives from a project management standpoint.
- Identify effective methodologies and refine daily processes to improve operational efficiency.
