Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of reporting systems and related tools.
- Set up and manage standard reports and dashboards within existing platforms.
- Oversee the accuracy and consistency of report data; identify problems and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in testing and validating new reports, updates, and data modifications.
- Keep current documentation for reporting outputs, data terms, and procedures.
- Collaborate with platform leads, data analysts, and data engineering teams on project tasks.
- Help onboard users and provide training for reporting tools and report usage.
- Address and resolve common user questions regarding reporting functions.
