Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee strategic initiatives tied to the development, commissioning, and operational preparedness of radioisotope facilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, financial plans, resource allocations, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams, external contractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and interdependencies by identifying and applying effective mitigation strategies.
- Align technical, operational, regulatory, and business functions to meet project goals and milestone targets.
- Supervise contractor performance, procurement operations, sourcing of materials, and delivery of project outputs.
- Lead regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting to convey progress, risks, and critical decisions.
- Support permitting, licensing, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvement efforts.
- Implement and maintain project control systems, documentation practices, action item tracking, and change management procedures.
- Contribute to technical planning, execution strategies, and continuous improvement efforts that advance organizational objectives.
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in adherence to quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
Compensation

Remote employees must travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, twice per quarter based on business or team needs, including participation in team meetings, off-sites, and company events. New hires must be physically present at the Santa Clara headquarters for the first two weeks of onboarding.
