About the Role

This position involves contributing to targeted projects that advance the organization’s goals by assisting with planning, data gathering, and implementation support under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing special initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Conduct research to inform project strategies and improve service delivery
  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and progress tracking tools
  • Gather and organize data for reporting and internal analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project consistency and quality
  • Draft written materials for internal and external use
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within ongoing projects
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for project activities
  • Participate in regular check-ins and team meetings
  • Help coordinate logistics for project-related activities
  • Monitor project milestones and assist with follow-up actions
  • Contribute to evaluations assessing project effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders
  • Communicate with partners or external contacts as needed
  • Support the integration of feedback into project workflows
  • Help identify resources required for project success
  • Assist in creating templates and standardized documents
  • Track project outputs and summarize key outcomes

This position ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Human Resource Coordinator makes sure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and data entry. Responsibilities And What You Will Do:Performs volunteer relations functions by answering volunteer requests and questions.Assists in the onboarding process for new volunteers.Assists with processing of terminations and resignations.Preparing and conducting the performance review process.Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Manager of HR.Files documents into appropriate volunteer files.Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.Prepares new-volunteer files.Performs other related duties as assigned.
