Requirements

• Student in penultimate or pre-penultimate year of an undergraduate or post-graduate program
• Identifies as a woman
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
• Currently residing in Australia or New Zealand

Benefits

• For scholarship winner: $20,000 cash prize, paid internship, and mentorship from a senior woman leader
• For highly commended candidates: paid internship and ongoing one-on-one mentoring from a senior consultant
• For 20 candidates: invitation to Spark engagement program including two whole-day workshops, professional development, skill-building, and access to EY-Parthenon Strategy events such as 'Ideas@EY-Parthenon Strategy' seminars
