Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Delight Representative to provide exceptional service and ensure a delightful brand experience for our Spanish-speaking customers. You will engage across multiple channels to address inquiries and resolve issues, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by personalizing interactions and anticipating customer needs.
- Handle complaints and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and provide quick solutions to customer problems.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Promote a positive image of the company through every interaction, contributing to overall brand loyalty.
