Responsibilities
- Identify and screen candidates for multiple open positions at scale
- Evaluate resumes and assess candidate qualifications initially
- Conduct video interviews in high volume to determine candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview logistics among recruiters and hiring managers
- Oversee job postings on various job boards and sourcing platforms
- Develop and revise job descriptions with input from recruitment teams and stakeholders
- Keep candidate data current and accurate in the applicant tracking system
- Deliver frequent candidate communications, status updates, and follow-up messages
- Assist with general recruitment-related administrative duties as required
- Ensure a positive, consistent, and timely experience for candidates throughout hiring
