Responsibilities
- Engage in integration initiatives with client development groups and third-party integration partners to develop scalable, enterprise-level systems leveraging platform APIs
- Define and establish project boundaries, technical blueprints, and business needs across internal and external parties
- Design resilient and high-capacity integration frameworks to support functionalities such as live data transmission, event-based notifications, and scheduled data processing
- Develop, test, verify, and evaluate code to ensure full functionality and superior quality outputs
- Provide guidance and documentation on optimal integration methods using platform tools and interfaces
- Share expertise and insights with product teams and developer networks, promoting user-centric improvements
- Work closely with the Developer Ecosystem group to refine API usability and expand available capabilities
- Support the advancement of service delivery practices and technical resources within the services unit
- Promote and exemplify core cultural values—customer focus, long-term thinking, growth orientation, inclusivity, and teamwork—during global expansion and organizational scaling
