Responsibilities

Lead the creation of scalable, enterprise-level solutions by managing integrations across internal groups, third-party partners, or custom platforms using web-based tools such as APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
Take end-to-end ownership of high-priority initiatives, from clarifying unclear requirements and designing integration architecture to deployment, ongoing maintenance, and technical support.
Confidently commit to timelines and deliverables for large-scale integration projects.
Serve as a technical mentor, guiding engineers in establishing strong, reliable integration standards for enterprise environments.
Bridge communication between client-facing teams and engineering units, ensuring product development reflects customer feedback and market trends.
Utilize AI-powered tools and modern development platforms to improve team productivity and modernize technical capabilities.
Develop client-ready rollout strategies and lead internal efforts to increase organizational transparency and streamline operations via automation.
Embody and promote core cultural values—customer focus, long-term thinking, growth orientation, inclusivity, and teamwork—across global teams and expanding offices.
Design, test, and conduct comprehensive code reviews, delivering clear, constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Share technical insights and best practices with product developers and engineering communities to enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or technical consulting roles
Strong proficiency in API design and integration patterns
Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems
Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of enterprise security standards and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in SaaS or IoT environments
Background in transportation, logistics, or industrial operations technology
Hands-on experience with webhooks, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing
Exposure to AI/ML workflows or developer productivity tools
Track record of driving process improvements in professional services organizations
