Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to deeply understand potential customers' cloud infrastructure, data platform spending patterns, performance challenges, and strategic goals via detailed technical discussions.
- Lead technical validation processes and Proof of Value initiatives, including planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure measurable success and alignment with customer expectations.
- Design and present customized demonstrations of the platform that highlight relevant features and address specific customer workflows and concerns.
- Use expertise in cloud data platforms to build strong financial justifications and return-on-investment models that quantify cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Serve as the internal authority on the platform, enabling successful onboarding and optimal outcomes for new customers.
- Drive technical decision-making during sales cycles, ensuring all requirements are met and confidence in the solution is established.
- Present at industry events and internal gatherings to promote technical capabilities and specialization in cloud data platform optimization for major providers.
- Convert customer feedback and technical limitations into clear, actionable input for engineering and product teams, influencing future development priorities.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems, ensuring timely updates and contributing to performance tracking and business intelligence reporting.
