Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales throughout the pre-sales process to show how the platform addresses real-world risk and audit challenges.
- Deliver customized, high-impact product demonstrations that emphasize business outcomes over technical features.
- Interact effectively with senior stakeholders in Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Governance roles.
- Convert customer challenges into compelling solution stories that advance sales opportunities.
- Create and present solution designs that meet customer goals and regulatory requirements.
- Explain the integrated benefits of the full platform for unified Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs.
- Work with Product teams to share customer insights and suggest improvements based on domain expertise.
- Assist in marketing efforts including webinars, industry events, and educational content.
- Apply practical understanding of Audit, Risk Management, and IT Compliance in client discussions.
- Reference key industry standards such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST RMF, and similar frameworks.
- Illustrate how modern GRC technology supports scalable risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation.
