Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to deeply understand a prospect's infrastructure, Kubernetes pain points, cost goals, and business priorities through detailed technical discussions.
- Lead technical evaluations and proof of concepts for the optimization platform, ensuring proper setup, active oversight, and successful validation of technical requirements.
- Design and present customized demonstrations of the platform that highlight relevant features and directly address prospect-specific challenges and workflows.
- Use Kubernetes expertise and analytical thinking to build strong financial justifications and ROI models that show measurable cost reductions and performance gains.
- Serve as the internal technical authority for the optimization solution, supporting successful onboarding and optimal outcomes for customers.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the technical success of customer engagements, guiding evaluations, meeting technical criteria, and establishing trust in the solution's capabilities.
- Present at industry events and company functions, delivering technical talks and live demos to promote platform strengths and Kubernetes optimization expertise.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in internal systems, contributing to performance tracking and business intelligence reporting.
