Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to conduct detailed technical assessments, gaining insight into customer infrastructure, Kubernetes usage, cost goals, and business priorities.
- Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts specifically for the PerfectScale solution.
- Prepare, manage, and execute POCs with precision, ensuring technical success and clear demonstration of value aligned with customer needs.
- Design and present customized demonstrations of the PerfectScale platform that address specific customer challenges and use cases.
- Use strong analytical and Kubernetes expertise to build persuasive business justifications and detailed ROI models showing measurable cost and performance benefits.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PerfectScale, supporting successful customer onboarding and optimal platform use.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the technical sales process, guiding prospects through evaluation, meeting requirements, and establishing trust in the solution.
- Represent the company at industry events and internal gatherings, delivering technical presentations and live demos to promote platform capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in internal business systems and CRM tools.
- Support the development of internal systems and reporting tools to track performance metrics and business outcomes.
