Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leads to deeply understand potential customers' Kubernetes infrastructure, technical pain points, cost goals, and business priorities through detailed discovery discussions.
- Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts for the platform, ensuring proper setup, active oversight, and successful validation that meets customer expectations.
- Design and deliver customized demonstrations that highlight platform capabilities and directly address specific customer challenges and use cases.
- Use Kubernetes expertise and analytical abilities to build strong business justifications and detailed ROI models showing measurable cost reductions and performance gains.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the platform, supporting successful adoption and smooth deployment for customers.
- Own the technical outcome of sales engagements, guiding prospects through evaluation cycles, meeting technical requirements, and establishing trust in the solution.
- Present at industry events and company functions, delivering technical content and live demos to showcase platform strengths and Kubernetes optimization expertise.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in internal systems, contributing to performance tracking and business intelligence reporting.
