About the Role
You will act as a technical leader within a sales team, guiding prospects through technical evaluations, building strong business cases, and ensuring successful adoption of a Kubernetes optimization platform by aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to deeply understand a prospect's Kubernetes infrastructure, technical pain points, and cost optimization goals through detailed discovery discussions.
- Lead technical validation processes and manage Proof of Concepts for the platform, ensuring proper setup, active monitoring, and successful demonstration of value.
- Design and deliver customized platform demonstrations that highlight relevant features and directly address prospect-specific use cases and concerns.
- Apply analytical expertise and Kubernetes knowledge to build strong business justifications and detailed ROI models that quantify performance gains and cost savings.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the platform, supporting successful onboarding and optimal technical outcomes for customers.
- Take full responsibility for the technical success of customer engagements, guiding prospects through evaluation stages and building confidence in the solution.
- Present at company-hosted events and industry conferences to showcase platform capabilities and technical expertise in Kubernetes optimization.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in internal systems to support business reporting, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
