Responsibilities
- Lead the complete technical pre-sales process for mid-market and enterprise clients in Japan, from initial discovery to proof-of-concept and solution design
- Work hand-in-hand with sales and partner representatives to align technology offerings with client business objectives
- Deliver customized, high-impact product demonstrations and technical briefings for audiences ranging from IT teams to executive leadership
- Support customers during evaluation and planning phases, guiding them toward rapid implementation and value realization
- Coordinate with customer success and onboarding teams to promote smooth adoption and sustainable outcomes
- Assist in responding to technical requests in RFPs and RFIs, including contributing to proposal documentation
- Serve as a technical liaison across sales, product, and engineering teams, relaying customer insights and identifying areas for product improvement
- Develop and manage reusable technical resources such as demo setups, playbooks, and presentation materials
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and partner discussions within Japan
- Help shape regional processes, best practices, and scalable methodologies as part of an expanding team
