About the Role
This role involves working closely with prospective and current customers to deploy and optimize security technology, providing hands-on expertise during sales cycles and post-sale onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Collate customer requirements and translate them into technical configurations
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client-specific use cases
- Support sales teams during technical discussions and proof-of-concept phases
- Configure and troubleshoot security platforms in cloud environments
- Collaborate with engineering to relay customer feedback
- Document implementation plans and solution designs
- Assist in resolving technical obstacles during customer onboarding
- Participate in customer training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Evaluate system compatibility with existing client infrastructure
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud security trends and threats
- Engage in pre-sales activities including RFP responses
- Monitor deployment progress and ensure timely delivery
- Advocate for customer needs within product development discussions
- Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple platforms
- Provide input on product improvements based on field experience
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Assist in defining best practices for security implementation
- Track technical engagement metrics and report on customer health
- Stay compliant with regional data protection standards
- Support incident response planning as part of solution design
- Conduct technical workshops and webinars
