Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of product features, APIs, virtual agents, and integration capabilities.
- Support clients in designing and executing proof-of-concept initiatives aligned with their business context.
- Work with prospects to identify technical needs and define integration paths with existing systems and workflows.
- Deliver customized demonstrations and presentations that simplify complex solutions into clear business value.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Partner Management, as well as external partners, to guide technical deal progression.
- Respond to technical objections and support sales advancement by co-owning resolution strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation for internal teams and external developers, including best practices and technical workflows.
- Ensure all solution designs prioritize customer needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
