Responsibilities

- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Respond to technical inquiries from leads and partners
- Address customer questions during proof-of-concept phases
- Support the creation of customized solutions based on client use cases
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Assist in overcoming technical objections during sales cycles
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
- Work with internal teams to resolve pre-sales technical challenges
- Help draft technical documentation for customer deployments
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities
- Support trial and evaluation processes for new clients
- Act as a technical point of contact for Dutch-speaking prospects
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive solutions
- Contribute to the improvement of sales enablement materials
- Assist in qualifying technical aspects of sales opportunities
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress
- Maintain accurate records of technical discussions and follow-ups
- Support onboarding discussions with a technical focus
- Engage in continuous learning of platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot demonstration environments as needed
- Coordinate with support and engineering teams when necessary
- Help refine technical validation processes for new customers
